My name is Jonathan Simos, I am a certified personal trainer, and performance enhancement specialist with a certification in applied functional science from the Gray Institute. I began my fitness journey early on and discovered a passion for helping others make the transition into a healthier lifestyle.
I am currently offering exclusive online training, taking on 5 clients through a three month program that involves 3-4 workouts a week, along with fitness education, and check in phone calls each week!

Chef Mike’s mission to share healthy, delicious, and high quality meals in Sarasota, FL began early on with his passion for Cooking.
Mikes love of culinary experiences led him to attend a Johnson & Wales University internship at Legal Seafood in Warwick, Rhode Island. Eventually gaining experience through working in various restaurants, 5 years in private jet catering with NetJets and much more.
Cooking continued to be his solace and motivator. Chef Mike began specializing in vegan, keto, vegetarian, and whole foods at Simon’s Coffee House. He then started teaching cooking classes and catering on the side.
Now, Chef Mike is a leading example of how food is a key ingredient in living a healthy lifestyle. Since his restaurant days, he has quit smoking, quit drinking, and lost the unhealthy weight.
His successful business, Chef Mike SRQ, is changing the world 1 meal at a time with wholesome food and education.
